Grow beyond the box placed upon you

Unfold into your bigness

Bloom

My hope for you is to be free. To be big. To be powerful. To be you. In the messiness and gloriousness that you are.
My hope for you is to fall in love with yourself. To hold every part of you as precious because they are you, and you are magic.

You are exactly what the world needs right now.

But right now, you’re trapped.

You want to do things differently:

Heal from the trauma (though it “wasn’t that bad” & “other people have it worse.”) Abolish your inner cop. Break the generational cycles that are revealing themselves, though you swore you’d be different. But ‘should’s’ don’t translate to change. And when the slightest thing goes wrong, failure floods and that voice in your head says “What is wrong with you? What made you think you could do this?”

Shame unfurls and consumes, a black hole opening up inside of you, dissociation quick on its heels.

You grab for relief - scroll & rot, drink/smoke/eat into the hollowness, your best friend telling you how awesome you are (again) until your nervous system has exhausted itself, and you can breathe a little. But then the next thing happens and you’re back. Stuck in this spiral again.

It feels hopeless, you feel powerless. And this is the opposite of freedom.

What if, instead of striving for some brighter & better version of yourself out there, the work was to settle into your power that has always been within, just waiting to be remembered?

Hi I’m Hannah.

I can help you break out of these painful patterns and heal the hurts at the root so you can finally feel free.

I don’t just say this, I've lived this. My mixed race, queer, highly sensitive body learned from a young age that this world was not built for me: I was too shy, too Chinese/too white, too needy - a problem, wrong. I learned to contort. I hated and suppressed my feelings and made them smaller, more convenient.

I didn’t realize until later how small I made myself in the process. I walk this path with you.

I guide you in meeting yourself right here right now, because paradoxically, loving ourselves now is what gives us the space we need to transform.

Welcome. Poke around. Learn more about me, explore what I offer, and how I view this work. I am not the right therapist for everyone, and you deserve someone who really speaks to you.

If something tugs at you, reach out. I would love to hear from you.
